Safety Tools
Human review and enforcement
Our Trust & Safety team reviews reported calls, chats, and profiles to check they meet our Community Guidelines. To protect your privacy, recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing a call outside the app is not permitted. Each report is reviewed and actioned individually - this is a human-led process, not an automated one.
Verification, both sides
Every user verifies their account with a real phone number via OTP. Companions go through an additional identity verification (KYC) step, reviewed by our team, before their profile goes live - so you always know who you're actually talking to.
Reporting & blocking
You're always in control. Block anyone so they can't contact you again, or report a call, chat, or profile directly from the app - every report is handled confidentially. If action is taken on your account and you think it was a mistake, you can appeal it.
